The girl with the neck tattoo really did a fabulous cut on me. Shes super friendly, confident and overall great!! Im awful at names so i hope she gets the credit she greatly deserves.

The hair cutters vary in skill, but when you find one who does well with your hair (and you will, tho you might have to put up with a few "meh" haircuts until you do) you can keep going back to that person and get a good cut for less than $20. If you're looking for the latest super trendy, this ain't it -- but if you need a capable basic cut they do a good job for a great price.
