(July 30, 2020, 7:23 pm)The hair cutters vary in skill, but when you find one who does well with your hair (and you will, tho you might have to put up with a few "meh" haircuts until you do) you can keep going back to that person and get a good cut for less than $20. If you're looking for the latest super trendy, this ain't it -- but if you need a capable basic cut they do a good job for a great price.
