“I have spent a lot of time at Freedom Middle School in the past two years. I enrolled my children in this school because I believe in public education, and this is our zoned school. I have found the administrators to be hard-working, student-focused and very capable. The teachers are experienced, dedicated and nurturing. Dr. Charles Farmer is new to the school this year. He brings a great deal of expertise in teaching and learning, and his first-hand knowledge of the WCS high school system is already working its way into the daily preparation of the students. I feel my son will be prepared for high school, whether he chooses WCS or a private high school. Teachers are allowed to teach, and are encouraged to connect with students The school environment is positive, with an attitude of respect permeating the school. I feel respected as a parent. I feel my child is respected as a student, and I feel the students respect one another and their teachers. No school is perfect, but this experience has been a positive one for both my children.”

“When I was short a few cents for coffee, my cashier Miran kindly worked some magic on the register so that I didn't have to go back to my car to grab more change. And it made my day because while I'm not impoverished, if someone truly in need was trying to buy that cup, I feel like he would have done the same thing. That kind of service warms my heart. I come here several times per week. Folks may complain in reviews that the place isn't well-managed, but honestly it looks to me like those customers are actually more of a mess themselves. Nothing wrong with this Twice Daily location.”

“There really are so many wonderful things to say about the entire team at VRSM. The team at VRSM has guided my dog, and me, through two separate surgeries over the course of the past year. I was overwhelmed my dog needed a TPLO surgery and by how much time and effort it would take for her to recover and regain her strength and pre-surgery life. I spent over thirty minutes on the phone asking every question on my very long list as one of the members of the amazing team at VRSM explained the entire process to me, answered each of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. A few weeks after surgery we had our consultation with Dr. Turner. I cannot say enough about how kind, knowledgeable, and understanding she was during our first meeting. She truly is remarkable. She was able to explain to us what our dog was going through post-surgery, how well she was recovering thus far, and what our dog would need over the course of the next few months to not only fully recover, but to do so in a safe manner. We spent the next few months going to VRSM twice a week. During each of our visits the team worked with our dog through a series of exercises, lasers, therapies, and the use of an underwater treadmill to slowly and safely help our dog regain her strength and recover from surgery. At the beginning of each session a therapist takes the time to speak with us about how we think our dog is doing, what concerns we might have, and any changes we may have seen since her last session. After each session a therapist comes back out and gives us a complete assessment how our dog did, ways she has improved, changes they needed to make to the session that day for optimal results, and any changes they think need to be made going forward. Again, we have been going to VRSM for nine months, and this level of service and attention to detail is given at every single session. I’m going to call myself out here, and say: I’m a pretty high-maintenance dog owner. I always have a question. I always have a concern. I always need something re-explained to me. And every single time. And I do mean every single time. A member of the VRSM team has been patient, gracious, and kind to me as they spent extra time ensuring I felt comfortable. I truly feel the team at VRSM deserves to be recognized for how exceptional they are. However I also felt this review needed to be written to help all the dogs and dog owners who may be facing a similar circumstance to ours. To be faced with rehabilitation after surgery, an injury, or a diagnosis can be emotional and overwhelming. But to have a place like VRSM to bring your dog to can be life changing for them. I promise. It seems crazy to say this, but: One of the very best things that ever happened to our dog was her needing a TPLO surgery. It brought Dr. Turner and her entire VRSM team into our lives. They have reshaped our dog’s life after surgery and have added a level of quality to her life as she begins to age that we simply would not have been able to offer our dog without the guidance, knowledge, and kindness of the VRSM team. If your goal is to find your dog the very best care possible, then you have just found the absolute perfect team to call.”

“If you’re looking for an experienced, professional, knowledgeable electrician that shows up on time, Mr. Hyde is the answer to your prayers. We were having some issues in our master bedroom which we thought might be just another bad Apple cord. I replaced the cord. Still had an issue with it but then a lamp started flickering. One day, all the power in the room went off. It didn’t throw the breaker. Then all of a sudden, everything came back on by themselves!? I knew it was an electrical issue and I could not sleep at night thinking that we might have a house fire. So like a lot of people, we took to Google to “ fix it ourselves“. We tried to troubleshoot it ourselves thinking it was the TV or lamp that might be bad so we unplugged everything and plugged things back in. It seemed fine for a couple of days. But then the power went out again completely just in that room. Then it would all come back on in about 10 minutes. Finally, it kept flickering off and on every few minutes. (the whole room!) Then in the kitchen, switches were turning on lights that they weren’t supposed to turn on. They were on a different breaker than the master bedroom! It was like the house was possessed. Seriously, I was afraid to sleep in my house because I thought it would burst into flames. I needed an electrician who knew his stuff! I didn’t want our house burning down. I saw a few recommendations for Hyde’s electrical service on the Facebook group “I love Dandridge“. I gave him a call and he made an appointment for me the very next day. He was on time for the appointment and he figured out the problem in no time at all! To ease my concerns, he offered to checked several light switches, sockets and the electrical panel. And I’m glad he did because he found an issue with our heat pump setting off a breaker. Thank goodness our unit is covered by warranty and they will be out Thursday. His prices were so much more reasonable than the other electricians we have hired in the past! Hyde went above and beyond even after fixing the issue. He gave me peace of mind so I could sleep at night again. He truly is a treasure and if you’re looking for an experienced (22 years), knowledgeable, professional electrician that actually shows up, then Mr. Hyde is your man. “Soooo... if you want to make NYC style pizza crust in the south....YOU CANT!! It's in the water, as the previous owners found out and other numerous southern pizzerias know. The trick is to make it great tasting with what you are working with here, and this place nails it! If I had to give it a name, I would call it thin crust Sicilian. Light and crispy with a great soft chew...lots of lovely air pockets on the bottom. Another true test of great pizza is the Sausage once again just perfect. The sauce is flavorful yet doesn't overpower any of the other flavors. The ingredients on everything I tried were as fresh as I have had at any pizza place. They had about 15 different flavors of slices and the owner said they offer full pies by the slice so you can mix and choose from the many many choices. So if you are looking for NYC style pie, try somewhere else to be unsatisfied, but if you want somewhere to have some pizza that is its OWN thing. This is the place. Old ,fat and well traveled pizza guy gives it the best pie in Franklin award.”

Bathroom was clean Coffee was pretty fresh But The other reviews are almost correct ( although I strongly disagree with the other reviewer’s use of the term “price gouging “ I suggest if possible you avoid buying Gas in Franklin or Nearby Brentwood as it usually runs between 40 and 50 cents more per gallon than in Nashville city or other cities nearby. In my opinion this facility is better than all other similar competitors in the area. Kerosene is available”

“5 star food. Everything I ordered was excellent i was very impressed by the brisket its hard to find good brisket unless it comes off myown smoker. The pulled pork was great. The wings were definitely award winning like they advertised them. And even the side were good. I live about an hour and a half away but I will be making my way back often for flavor like this. “We love the family meal here. It is a great price and has a little taste for everyone. I truly enjoy their soup and chicken dishes. The owners are very nice and the food is typically ready when I get there. I give them about 20 minutes and I do not have to wait. Every time I visit they are busy with many other happy customers.
