Nathan the roofing consultant showed up on time and took a look at our roof. He indicated we had hail damage! From that point on Nathan took charge in dealing with the insurance adjuster and got it approved. We were getting a whole new roof! I was truly amazed! The repairs were planned and that morning I met with David the project manager. David walked me through what was going to happen that day. His team of roofers stripped the roof, repaired much of the damage to the sub roofing and started installing the shingles. This was like watching a swat team of skilled roofers. My wife and I were shocked that they accomplished this all in one day. Even our neighbors were astonished by the quality of the work they did. “My wife and I were casually searching for a new home for 3-4 months. We looked at building with Beazer Homes in a new neighborhood in Fairview and looked at several other homes. All of the options were either out of our price range or just not a great fit for us. In most cases, I wasn't all that thrilled with the quality or features of the home for those that were out of our price range. Beazer was nickel and dimeing us every time we turned around. Then we stumbled on a home built in Kingston Springs less than 2 miles from where we were living at the time, which allowed us to keep the kids in the same schools. The second we walked in the door, my wife and I turned to each other and said, "This is the one." Real hardwood floors, craftsman trim on ALL the doors and windows, soft closing cabinets, mud room bench with hooks, tankless water heater, great quality faucets, fixtures, appliances and more. We've lived in this home for a year now and we still love it and can't believe that we get to live here at times. I appreciate the time he spent with me and my wife detailing all of the options. Austin provided us with two different full replacement options, and a spot repair option. We chose to do the spot repairs and his crew were friendly, professional, and did quality work that will give us another couple of years out of our roof. “Knowing the history of the company from personal experience over 15 years, I would not use any other roofer. They install a roof that will last as long as it should. Their attention to detail in problem areas around penetrations and valleys, proves they are in this for the long haul. I know personally people that are buying their second roof from Ford Roofing because the roof is over 25 years old and past the manufacturers suggested life. They know the secret to keeping the weather on the outside of the house. They make roofing an art. Far too often I hear of friends getting a new roof because of storm damage. They get a visit from some fly by night ambulance chasing roofing company leaving door tags in neighborhoods where hail may have been seen. These companies can install a quality shingle but with short cut cheap labor. It doesn't matter how good the materials, if they are not properly installed. Roofing is not as simple as putting nails in shingles. I trust no one other than Ford Roofing. I know that when they are done, I have nothing to worry about. If you have someone else install your roof because they are cheaper, was it really cheaper if you have to replace it before it is time?”
