We started at Dr. Brown's office in 2008 and were there until we had to move to another state in early 2020. My sister was our previous dentist before relocating to TN in 2004, so we were a bit skeptical about finding the right one for our family. All I can say is that we enjoyed being patients of Dr. Brown so much that we were sad when we moved away! Even a root canal was pleasant, considering. He and his wonderful team were good, kind, thoughtful, and genuine to each one of us. If you are able to become a patient, I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his team and happily give them a 5-star rating!
Dr. Brown and his staff are fabulous. They are so caring & they go above & beyond for their patients. Their expertise is amazing and their technology is high-tech! They return your phone call immediately and will do everything they can to help you. I would never go anywhere else but here. They are truly fabulous! So happy to have a dentist and his staff care so much!!
Having moved here three years ago, I have been Stabley should with a dentist. Someone recommended Dr. Brown to me. I went for a routine check up. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them to anyone!
Ahh!!! We love Dr. Tim, as we affectionately call him! One time my husband was traveling and got this severe toothache. Dr. Tim got on the phone with him and talked him through to a solution and practically met him at the airport to get him out of pain! Love his staff, too! A shout out to Dianne or Mamma Horton as my son calls her:)
One last thing. We love how he does all these nifty techie dentists thing in his office like bake us a crown on the spot, or especially, the time he couldn't save one of my side smile teeth. Well, I was a baby and was crying about it. He patted me on the shoulder and said he wouldn't let me feeling bad. He made me a fake tooth- like a retainer- and I walked out with a smile on my face!!!
Dr. Brown and his entire staff were very friendly , compassionate and professional. I was not looking forward to having my first tooth pulled @ 50 years old but no trouble at all. Absolutely no pain!! Great job Doc!
