I let my tires go far too long without being changed and one of them finally popped on me. I called several tire places around the city and Big O on Vernon offered the best price and soonest appointment! The rep who took my several calls was incredibly patient and helpful, sorry I don’t remember your name, but each person I spoke with was great! Got my tires replaced the next day and I will be returning again for my next set of tires. Thank you!!

Awesome location. Paul and Aaron are great employees that helped me get exactly what I need. They have very competitive prices and are honest workers. This location was very communicative with tire delivery, mounting, completion, and pickup of my wheels/tires.

Front office staff was super friendly and accommodating to my issues. I had to bring my truck back for a minor tween and they got me in right away. They checked in several times to make sure I was happy with their work. I greatly appreciated the follow up. They truly care.

Such an amazing company! Second time we’ve used them. First time our battery just kept dying. Couldn’t figure it out. Took it to them… turned out it was just the keyless remote dead. They put a new battery in and didn’t charge us. Now I just got new tires with them. So happy! I wanted snow tires but my car is lowered just enough so they wouldn’t fit. Schwab didn’t ask me that but Big O did! They asked me to bring it in so they could physically check first. So instead I got all season which they promised would be just as good in the snow. Promise delivered! My car destroys the snow now 😂 and it was $500 cheaper than Schwab! From my two experiences I just can’t say enough good stuff about them. Oh and they had them ordered and installed by 11am the next day! I didn’t have to wait there alllllllll day long.

Great service. Walked me through getting new wheels and tires, leveling kit and new shocks. Garry is informative and made sure to call asap for any issues or updates along the way. Will definitely be a return customer.
