“Elite Martial Arts has made me more confident in myself. With an ever changing world, this martial arts class offers me stability. The instructors are very good at helping people improve. They also are wonderful people and have great senses of humor. I think everyone should try a class out because it has truly changed my life for the better. I have learned many skills in mixed martial arts, but I have also learned so many life lessons that will always stick with me. The environment is so fun. It really is a like one big family. It is great workout every week. Every day, I look forward to attending class. If I could I would rate this 100/10. Every time class is over, I leave with a smile on my face. I no longer worry about what to do in emergency situations because my instructors have prepared me for what to do. I have never ever had a bad experience. I have been going here for many years and plan to continue for as long as I can. One of my favorite memories of all time was earning my black belt here. I love it so much!”

“What a great Tennessee course! High five to the attractive guest rate. Greens are in perfect shape right now: soft for spin; very fast; and filled in nicely. Green undulation was fair to medium; nothing too difficult. The fairways are supreme and play nicely for a RH draw or LH fade. Sand and water are both low to medium as far as amounts of each and their presence. It’s a very easy course for finding poorly struck balls that left the fairway. No humongous roughs or anything like that. I look forward to playing here. There’s a great range and putting green. The clubhouse and amenities were great. There’s a full restaurant and bar. Carts were fast and equipped with usb charging ports. GPS would be a nice addition to the carts.”

“Dr Butterfield is amazing doctor, she take really care of me, I have severe asthma and allergies issues, and I found out I was allergic to everything in my apartment and outside, I had mold growing in my apartment so bad I was wondering why I stayed sick all the time and missing work days, it's because my apartment was making me sick I'm allergic to mold, and my landlord told me it wasn't they problem, Dr Butterfield recommended me to move out and that's what I did and now the stupid apartment complex is taking me to court, I have 3 inhalers I was on shots for asthma and allergies but my crazy insurance didn't want to pay anymore, Dr Butterfield could tell how sick I was and she did everything to help me I would recommend her to anyone, and the staff are amazing as well super sweet people's”

I’ve known Jessica for several years... my first experience was a 30th birthday party where she came to a friend’s home, set up the most wonderful and relaxing in-home spa and we all got massages! It was amazing- and TRULY- she was the best massage therapist I had ever experienced. Naturally, when I was 39 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby and desperately needed a prenatal massage, there was no one else I wanted to do that! Jessica came to my home and again set up and worked her magic. Imagine my excitement when I recently heard she’s opened her OWN SPA in Thompson’s Station!!!! For our 12th wedding anniversary this past July, my sweet hubby called my fave massage therapist, Jess, and we went in and experienced the most beautiful, relaxing spa ever! Of course! Jessica is so gifted in what she does- her touch is truly amazing- but also just her spirit. She has a calmness that just radiates and every time I’ve come to her feel rejuvenated- body, mind, and soul. I obviously couldn’t recommend Jessica and Ara more!!!”
