“This is the absolute cutest place I've ever eaten breakfast! We knew we were in the right place when we saw the "Community Table of Wisdom", which was also labeled the "Grumpy Old Men"'s table. The staff was incredibly helpful as we were out-of-towners and had no idea what to order. Our server was so helpful that she brought us just about every kind of sauce/topping you can imagine. I can't find the name of what I ordered for breakfast, but it contained a shredded biscuit, bacon, grits, cheese, poached eggs and came with tomato gravy. I was skeptical at first just because I had no idea what in the world tomato gravy is. Don't be skeptical! Just try it! Our server brought me a side of it along with regular sausage gravy in case I didn't like it, but I absolutely loved it! We had no wait at all when we got there and we would visit again in a heartbeat if we found ourselves in the area again. I highly recommend the Country Boy!”

Got a dark chicken quarter with Mac and Cheese and Mashed Taters with Gravy, got a roll to go with. Good chicken, good sides, clean place. Here’s the breakdown: Good food served hot +1 star; nice and clean +1 star; nice staff +1 star; decent portion +1 star. It was good. Nothing to knock the socks off but I’d go back to try other menu items.”

The scenic area had fantastic twisty roads for cyclists, motorcycles, or sports cars, so getting there is an adventure in itself. “This is a wonderful dining experience. The waiter we had was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and elevated the experience of the food, which was amazing. I enjoyed the chicken Mac and cheese, because I'm a child at heart, and this was childhood memories plus! I would have preferred the noodles to have been more al dente, but that was minor. “First time visiting this restaurant food was good, service was good only reason 4 out of 5 I ordered a old fashioned and the glass was filled with ice to the top I ask could I get another one made with less ice in it when my drink came back the used same glass and it tasted water down. It's the only drank I get when I eat out so I've had a few. Picture of drank in photos the second time the brought it back look how light it is. But positive note the experience service and food was good”

“Went to asukas to celebrate my youngest son's first communion. Opens at 4 and I suggest you get there then to sit at hibachi. They get really busy at 5/6 and the wait is long. The food was great and the atmosphere is jovial. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. They have a full bar. The restaurant has only 4 hibachi areas (2 grills each). We also had some rolls that were good as well. All in all a pleasant experience for 6 people to celebrate.”

“Soooo... if you want to make NYC style pizza crust in the south....YOU CANT!! It's in the water, as the previous owners found out and other numerous southern pizzerias know. The trick is to make it great tasting with what you are working with here, and this place nails it! If I had to give it a name, I would call it thin crust Sicilian. Light and crispy with a great soft chew...lots of lovely air pockets on the bottom. Another true test of great pizza is the Sausage once again just perfect. The sauce is flavorful yet doesn't overpower any of the other flavors. The ingredients on everything I tried were as fresh as I have had at any pizza place. They had about 15 different flavors of slices and the owner said they offer full pies by the slice so you can mix and choose from the many many choices. So if you are looking for NYC style pie, try somewhere else to be unsatisfied, but if you want somewhere to have some pizza that is its OWN thing. This is the place. Old ,fat and well traveled pizza guy gives it the best pie in Franklin award.”

It was huge, thick, perfect texture in the middle, and the icing was styled and tasted like a wedding cake. The traditional cake was decorated with real flowers. I could not believe how cheap they were in comparison to the taste and value. Kailey Cales gave me the individualized treatment my wife’s birthday deserved and a decadence of cake far above the price I paid. Will definitely be coming back for more cakes! The dining area needed some attention but when we got off the interstate, there were 2 lines of cars (16 in total!) and about that many more inside, so I can understand why the tables weren't wiped down! I've never had food brought out to my table and this was an added bonus for me. I'm a big, big fan of the way they run their business!”

“Okay - I used to order the #3 from Sonic many many moons ago. It was my favorite burger, and I am talking 1980's. Well, i always tell this Sonic I would like the Sonic burger, no cheese, all of the veggies, no mayo or ketchup, add hickory sauce. I will tell you - this Sonic gets it right.
