Boxwell Scout Reservation

As a 14 yo boy leaving home for the first time, I have memories of Camp Boxwell that are awesome. Swimming, and lifesaving, I learned a lot during my summers. Some 40 years later this was a great camp and I hope boys are still learning for a lifetime there!

Absolutely best Boy Scout camp in Tennessee. People come from out state to the camp. They have some of the best high adventure activities. Jetski, Motor Sports, ATV, and more. And don't even get me started on the shooting activities. Shotgun shooting, Rifle, even Cowboy Action shooting. I've been the past two years and only regret is that I did do some of the activities that they had.

My kids had a great time at summer camp. They liked all the adventure Boxwell offered: watersports, zip lines, climbing tower, archery range, and so many more activities. They have events at all times of the year, not just summer, so I would consider checking it out for your Troop or Pack.

We picked up our Boy scout at camp Craig on the last campfire night and our son gave us the tour. It is a Beautiful Camp in the woods and next to lake. The Dining hall has a view and air conditioning, and the food was good. The trees smelled amazing and thecwaterfront looked like one of the best I have seen or been to; they also have a pool. The Climbing tower has a grand view, and Camp Craig has a decent trading post.
