She told us she was a mother and grandmother and wanted to make sure that we left the store and were safe to hit the slopes. She had us try on a number of helmets to find the exact right fit. She had us wear goggles and took us outside to make sure we could see in the daylight. She had so much patience with us and thought of everything we should be thinking about with our expensive purchase.
