I needed what I thought would be a simple to replace part for my company issued truck.

This turned into a much bigger issue than it should have. However the parts team at Cumberland International, went above and beyond to help me.
They ordered the part, then my company said no.

After not getting the part for days. I decided to purchase the part myself even though I was originally informed I would not be reimbursed for it.

So I ordered it again through Cumberland International, who gladly helped me again.

Only once I informed my company that I was just buying the part myself. Suddenly and new part emerged and the problem was resolved.

Bottom line Cumberland International webt the distance for me twice. Both times myself and Cumberland International were stalemated.

I feel that owe them this positive review and highly recommend working with this company if you should need truck parts, based on the willingness to help alone.
