Great experience. Sales person, Kevin, did a good job of greeting, letting us browse, but available when we needed to ask questions. Since it is an outlet, you have to visit there more than once, as new merchandise comes out on the floor continuously. Merchandise is scratch, dent, returns, etc. Our purchase of a chair and a half with ottoman was great and at a great price. We were able to pick up after purchase. They helped us load. Very pleased with our purchase.

I had such a great experience shopping with this store. Kevin Lawrence was very helpful and made the process a breeze. Kevin also had a great sense of humor. I was able to get a sectional, dresser and an entertainment center all for a great price. They don't deliver but were helpful with getting everything into the truck when I came to pick it up.

I went to buy a mattress and box springs. I also came home with a new leather love seat! Toni, the rep assisted us greatly with our original intent of going! No pressure! Very easy transactions!

The guys at the warehouse were kind. Y’all be patient with them, whew that is hot work and hard on the body!!!

First time shopping here. Sales people explained the tags and what was available (new items to returns to scratch & dent items) and then they didn't bother us... but were available when we had questions! Kevin was very helpful that day. They have a large selection of furniture at different price levels and the prices were pretty good. I purchased a discounted/discontinued sofa and came back a bit later to pick up. The warehouse guys were quick and got it loaded into my vehicle very efficiently. I would definitely shop here again!
