Excellent service. Our heat went out when the temp outside was 2° and Jerry was at our house within an hour of us calling. Definitely recommend.

Our unit stopped working in the middle of the night. I called jerry about 6am unable to bear the heat any longer. He was at my house within the hour! Being an older unit I was afraid we were looking at a total replacement but He checked over the unit and was able to replace a few parts to get it up and running again. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Not to mention their prices were reasonable and fair! We wouldn’t call anyone else to service our ac unit.

We have had to call McBride a couple of times recently. The first time was a quick fix at a great price on our downstairs thermostat. The second was to replace our upstairs HVAC after 15 years of service. Needless to say, we have found our go-to HVAC/electrical contractor. Jerry, the owner, is a straight shooter who knows the difference between replacement and repair. His prices are unbeatable by the corporate shops who pass their overhead onto the consumer. To top it off, he noticed we're Veterans, and he discounted the already great price to show his appreciation. There isn't too many left like this in business.

I contacted McBride, originally, due to 24-hour service hours and on-line review ratings. My first point of contact was the owner Jerry McBride. Very nice guy and had good customer service skills. He set me with a technician named Melinda who contacted me about my issue and set a time to come to my house. She was got here when she said she would. She spent time troubleshooting the issue and then promptly fixed the problem. She was great! Very friendly, nice, funny, and willing to do whatever it took to find and fix the issues. My house built in the mid 80’s has always had some odd electrical wiring issues which she soon discovered, but she worked though those and got it done. Their prices were good and for the amount of time it took they were fair. I will absolutely make McBride my go to electrical contract for future needs. Thank you so much!

I called McBride Electric when my old heat pump of 13 years decided to give up the ghost and they responded within a few hours, even though their competitor's couldn't get to me for another 3 days. Not only did they respond, but they installed a complete new unit the next day. Quick, Professional Service and a job well done! Thank you Jerry for a great experience.
