(October 25, 2022, 7:52 pm)The owners of Lyons Pump LLC are a breath of fresh air! In a world that hard work and customer service seems to be falling at the way side Lyons Pump went above and beyond for our ministry.
We had pump issues and our water had stopped. While Lyons was in route to get to us (only 3 miles away) their truck was side swipped by a drunk driver. Everyone was ok but the truck was damaged pretty bad.
The owners said "you know what they don't have water right now and I think the truck might just will make it up to the facility". Well they did make but barely. It needed to be towed from our place.
With all of this going on they still fixed our pump issue and got water restored for us. This is the kind of work ethic and attitude that makes this country so great.
Thank you Lyons for restoring our water (very quickly)and restoring hope that there are still hard working and selfless people!
(September 21, 2022, 4:49 pm)Impressive. Quick callback, quick to be on site when needed. After being "ghosted" more than once, I was highly pleased with the response and service that Lyons provided. Joe got on site and went right to work on my well/pump issue. He had the water flowing in no time at all! I highly recommend.
(July 5, 2022, 8:01 pm)Wow, it is refreshing to have an individual who comes out and is respectful, timely, professional and an all around genuine guy. Joe diagnosed our issue, gave us a game plan, and showed up at 6 am to get it done. Pumps are working great and we couldn’t be more thankful. Lyons pump will always be our first call! Thanks, Joe!
