Jason was so helpful!! Overall, great customer service. They were so fast (way ahead of estimated date) and gave daily updates of what was being done. They also cleaned my car in the inside which was an added bonus :) 10/10 recommend!!

Jason and Dee weee friendly, always answered any questions I had, and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle- which was ready a week early! Service King on Adams Drive in Mt. Juliet recently repaired a damaged tailgate for me. They were courteous, professional, and very helpful. They kept me updated on their progress and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body, glass or electrical work on their car.

I needed to take a car for emergency inspection within an hour notice. I was luckily able to get it to this place. When we arrived, one of the people working went with my wife and I to inspect our car. He thoroughly inspected our car, correctly diagnosed some of the car's history which was unknown to them, and gave us accurate estimates for the damage. The technician educated us to the current condition to the car and was completely honest and absolutely competent. Even though we did not choose to get the repairs done, the technician was absolutely professional and a great asset to our decision making. If you want a good, honest look at your vehicle, I highly recommend this location. You will not find better mechanical service anywhere else. Thank you to the workers of Service King.
