I brought in my 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback that needed a rear passenger bearing replaced and they did an amazing job with the repair. They had my car ready 28 hours after dropping it off and it sounds amazing and drives better than when I got it last year. Cindy and Lebron were a pleasure to speak with and were even patient with me while I dealt with my third party warranty to help pay for my repair. If you do have a third partY warranty on your car I could HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them first and get as much information from them about what the repair shop needs to do in order to get coverage. You are paying the shop to work on you car, not stay on the phone with an insurance company for 4+ hours.
