Jack was great to work with; from the initial call through the entire installation, he was always available and involved. The crew was very professional and and skilled at their craft. However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was most impressed that they chose to do that without me even asking. Their actions speak volumes about their business character ethic and how they perceive their customers. I would highly recommend this store. It's worth a trip to Mount Juliet just to visit it.”
