The location is roughly a year old & the showers are already breaking down. See pictures. The stars are for the employees. With the heavy winter storm that crushed the area & multiple employees wrecking their cars trying to get to/from work, their attitudes were upbeat and they were getting things done despite the setbacks. “here are not words to express my gratitude towards this company. We lost a dear friend in a tragic accident. Late on a Sunday night I reached out to this company on a hope and a prayer they could help us. Expecting to hear back the next day and nervous about the time crunch. We needed 180 shirts printed up very last minute to have for friends and family to wear to a funeral of a sweet 19 yr old we lost way too soon. Julie did not hesitate for an instant. She said she would “absolutely make it happen”. But not just that. She comforted me with kind words and made sure that I knew that this would be taken care of and not to worry for a moment about it. And I didn’t. On top of it all I later learned they had new equipment being installed that same day, that had never even used before. I can imagine there was extra pressure on her, But she never mentioned it. She made sure this was one thing the family didn’t have to think about. We had 3 different designs and 3 different color shirts. They all turned out beautiful and top notch quality. “I purchased a 6.0 stage 2 long block from J&K engines. J&K customer service is unheard of nowadays. They were diligent on answering any and all questions, they even called me on questions I had emailed them. The engine they built for me made my truck a monster! It will out pull the new diesels and gets better gas mileage doing it. J&K knows 6.0's better than Ford does. We also have their engine tuning on two of our trucks. “This is the 2nd time I've used these guys. And the CS is top notch. No complaints. I'm a home owner dealing with people who are used to working with contractors. So I'm sure my questions and ideas were insane to them. But they explained everything to me without complaint. Furthermore the trusses they delivered were the wrong ones. So they rushed another set to me within 36 hrs. Pretty awesome. I have no complaints. I would only take half a star off and not one as the prices are not always the lowest but the CS is awesome”

“My baby cousin was buried in Edgewood Cemetery in 1938. In 1985, my grandmother ordered a marker for her grave. To my knowledge, nobody in the family bothered to go to the grave. I set out recently to find it. I visited the section where the grave was supposed to be but I could not locate the marker. Elizabeth from the office told me that she would see if the cemetery workmen could help locate it. After an initial try, they couldn't find anything. The old cemetery plot maps are very hard to read and not in proper order. Yesterday, Elizabeth, the cemetery foreman James, and his helper, Chris offered to meet me in the area where the grave and marker should've been to search for it. They had metal rod probes, and I came equipped with my pitchfork. They believed the marker may have sunken under the ground. We probed for about 30 minutes with no results, but the staff was determined, and I wasn't ready to give up. Finally, my pitchfork scraped metal. After pulling back the dirt, I had found it! The staff were all as excited as I was. They reset the stone and placed sod around it to make it nice. I was so pleased with their persistence and kindness. I was reassured that this marker would not be forgotten.”

“I have always enjoyed shopping at Sister's Whimzy. Their staff is friendly and helpful and the selection they provide are items that are perfect for gifts (or gifting yourself). However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was most impressed that they chose to do that without me even asking. Their actions speak volumes about their business character ethic and how they perceive their customers.
