“This is the 2nd time I've used these guys. And the CS is top notch. No complaints. I'm a home owner dealing with people who are used to working with contractors. “My baby cousin was buried in Edgewood Cemetery in 1938. In 1985, my grandmother ordered a marker for her grave. To my knowledge, nobody in the family bothered to go to the grave. I set out recently to find it. I visited the section where the grave was supposed to be but I could not locate the marker. Elizabeth from the office told me that she would see if the cemetery workmen could help locate it. After an initial try, they couldn't find anything. The old cemetery plot maps are very hard to read and not in proper order. Yesterday, Elizabeth, the cemetery foreman James, and his helper, Chris offered to meet me in the area where the grave and marker should've been to search for it. They had metal rod probes, and I came equipped with my pitchfork. They believed the marker may have sunken under the ground. We probed for about 30 minutes with no results, but the staff was determined, and I wasn't ready to give up. Finally, my pitchfork scraped metal. After pulling back the dirt, I had found it! The staff were all as excited as I was. They reset the stone and placed sod around it to make it nice. I was so pleased with their persistence and kindness. I was reassured that this marker would not be forgotten.”

“I have always enjoyed shopping at Sister's Whimzy. Their staff is friendly and helpful and the selection they provide are items that are perfect for gifts (or gifting yourself). However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was most impressed that they chose to do that without me even asking. Their actions speak volumes about their business character ethic and how they perceive their customers. “My daughter and I went to Epic Park Meadows to buy helmets, goggles and ski pants. We had the good fortune to connect with Judy. She was absolutely amazing!!! She told us she was a mother and grandmother and wanted to make sure that we left the store and were safe to hit the slopes. She had us try on a number of helmets to find the exact right fit. She had us wear goggles and took us outside to make sure we could see in the daylight. She had so much patience with us and thought of everything we should be thinking about with our expensive purchase. “I started ordering from Schwans for my elderly mother during the first covid lock down 2 years ago. Meanwhile, my mother became addicted to the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls and little biscuits. I order for her once a month. The order is cold shipped and wrapped perfectly. One time, the cookies were hidden under a flap in the box, which she didn't discover until they melted in the garage. I called customer service and they replaced them for no charge. Another time, I left something off my order and had missed a sale. Customer service updated my cart and reimbursed me for the missed sale because I had internet issues. Their customer service is a master class in dealing with people. Every time I've called my experience is perfect. We did not anticipate continuing to buy from Schwan's but my mom looks forward to her monthly care package. Thank you for going the extra mile.”
