“I have always enjoyed shopping at Sister's Whimzy. Their staff is friendly and helpful and the selection they provide are items that are perfect for gifts (or gifting yourself). However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was most impressed that they chose to do that without me even asking. Their actions speak volumes about their business character ethic and how they perceive their customers. “I made a purchase a few days ago and was blown away at how personable and professional the associates treated me. I also appreciate and feel a little more safer that every employee I saw, was wearing a mask! I really wish that some of the other customers were as considerate. I saw that around almost half of the customers were walking around with either no mask, or a mask pulled down and of no use. My only complaint is that I do wish Penney's would require all customers to wear a mask. I bought 2 rings for my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift and she really loved them both. My Penney's credit card has saved me a fortune over the years. Thank you Penney's for having great gifts at great prices!”
