During service we are able to take the bread and the water, sing hymns, and listen to different people from the congregation. There is no paid clergy and no offering plate passed around. “This is a great park! My 3 and 6 year old sons love it. We have some pretty nice playgrounds where we're from, but I'd say Charlie Daniels Park is at the top of our list. Every time we travel to the Mount Juliet area, we try to make an effort to spend a few hours at Charlie Daniels. We've spent most of our time at the children's playground. There is a lot of variety and a lot of vibrant colors. It definitely keeps our kids' attention for a while. We haven't used the splash pad, but there's one right next to the kid's playground. There are also other amenities (skate park, basketball, etc); however, we haven't walked much outside of the children's playground. Attached you'll also see a new exercise area that they built, which is pretty neat.”
