“The photo is site #27 and it's very close to the water. Many other sites have better shade but a longer walk to the water. I like this campground for several reasons. Close to highway 80 but no road noise at all. It's not too hot in the summer and the lake is a great temperature for swimming. You can ride a dirtbike from camp to the nearby ohv trail system. Lastly, it's just remote enough that you can probably get a site here for an impromptu trip.”

“Wish I could give a 6 star review! I've been a customer of First Tennessee (now called First Horizon) for almost 2 decades because of their ease of use and quality customer service. My experience this time was no exception. • Unfortunately I was involved in a Craigslist apartment scam and wired money to whom I thought was the owner of my future apartment rental. Nathan, one of the associates there, assisted me seamlessly in the transfer. However, the next day, the deal started to raise many red flags and I realized that it was actually a fraud. So, I called Nathan to tell him what had happened, and he quickly got to work. Within less than 24 hours, he had worked with First Horizon's Fraud department and Chase Bank (the receiver of the funds) and the money was back in my account before I even knew that it was taken care of. • I had ZERO expectation of getting my money back given the nature of the situation, and how STUPID I was for falling into the scheme. Even if I HADN'T been able to get my money back (I honestly didn't expect to) Nathan handled the situation swiftly and in the most efficient way possible. First Horizon once again proved that they are one of the top (if not THE best) local banks in TN and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again Nathan, I really appreciate your expertise and promptness with handling the matter, and I definitely owe you a beer or lunch sometime.”

“This is Vicky Avakian leaving this review on my husband’s account. We moved here over a year and a half ago from PA and researched banks. I’m so happy we chose not only this Bank, but this Branch in Mount Juliet. We went to another branch close by once for a Will signing in Hermitage and they were great too. My parents set up their checking and investments with them as well. We’re so happy we chose them. We have always found their staff from day one to be very thorough and efficient. They’ve been so kind as well and a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to leave this review today to say thanks so much to them! Sadly, my father passed away in Sept. We’ve had some set backs and complications processing some investments that at times can be very stressful. This was on our part trying to get proper verification from Govt agencies. Anyway, today we had something come up and one of their employees Sarah was just awesome!! She was patient, kind and very helpful to help us resolve something for my mother. Often times with dealing with businesses you can either get someone like Sarah that comes from a place of “yes” or God help you if you get the other kind that treats you like this is your problem. Trust me, I’ve had plenty of that and I’m so appreciative when you get Sarah’s helpful attitude. It was clear to me how much pride and hard work she puts into her position and career. I’ve seen this with every person we’ve dealt with and my parents have as well. I would highly recommended this bank due to our interactions with them. “UPDATE: as of 08/14/19 we DO accept fuel rewards. please disregard #1 in this review. I work at this shell station, and I wanted to address a few things people seem to have issues with. I mean no disrespect in any of this. 1.We do NOT have fuel rewards there. Yes. I know there are signs on the pumps. Yes I know other Shell Stations have fuel rewards. However. We are PRIVATELY OWNED. This means we go off of whatever CONTRACTS we have. We don't have a contract in order to participate in the Shell rewards. It is in no way the Cashiers fault. Please remember this. 2. We do not accept EBT. Again. It sums up to contracts. No contract? No Participation. 3. We only Accept Marlboro coupons (until our contract for others gets approved) 4. We do not sell Kerosene. The container out there is old and does not work. We at the Haywood Shell do our best to serve you as customers. I personally try to keep a smile on my face, even if I have just dealt with an unruly customer or two. Please be kind when you enter. Thank you.”
