“All the negative reviews for this place made me hesitant, but I am really glad I decided to go for myself and see. I have no idea what these people are talking about, seriously. Of course, everyone’s experiences are different but I have a feeling some of these reviews are unjustified. I got there and all the workers were so friendly and professional - all seemed to be working and being productive. I dropped off a huge suitcase of clothes as well as a couple other items and they told me 15 minutes so I just waited in my car then went back in and it was ready and I got over 25 bucks for a handful of items. The young girl helping me was so friendly and patient and even complimented my glasses - we had a pleasantly short conversation. While I can’t speak on other’s bad experiences with staff, perhaps people are angry they’re not getting offered what they think their clothes are worth and taking it out in the reviews, but people must understand the resell value of any item goes down tremendously after the initial purchase - designer and especially fast fashion which are majority of the brands people own. You will never get close to the full price you paid for an item unless you have a buyer who is desperate for said item or being manipulated.. If you want to get the closest to original price, you’d be better off trying to list your stuff on the many different resell sites out there and maybe a gullible fish will bite. Also, consider what you are trying to sell and if it’s in season or wanted by that retailer at the moment instead of expecting them to pay you a lot of money for all your unwanted clothes blindly.”

“I am temporarily in a wheelchair recovering from hip surgery. May 8, 2023 was my first visit to this store and I required a motorized chair (provided by the store). No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics. “First time in a long time I had been to this Walmart and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was neat and clean. No pallets in the walkway. Most shelves were stocked and there were more floor members for assistance. Besides the self checkout, there were multiple lines open. The cashiers were mostly under alcohol selling age so there was a short wait for a manager to complete the transaction. This was an overall good visit.”

“The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever. This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.”

We were very surprised at all of the options. I'll also say that the staff was really helpful and not unprofessional, like some other places we had been.
