“Natalie has been a total life saver. I’ve been struggling with undiagnosed PCOS and no doctor (not even my previous OBGYN) would consider treating it because they all said it was pretty much untreatable and just had to be dealt with. They offered birth control and told me to try the keto diet for weight loss. I also have a family history of thyroid issues and every time I asked a dr to do a full thyroid panel for me, they refused and only checked the main thyroid hormone and not the others. I went to Natalie desperate for help and some sort of an action plan. She sat down with me for over an hour discussing pcos and different treatment options that DIDNT include birth control. She did a super inclusive blood panel for me covering everything she could think of that my PCOS may be affecting and invited me to come back 2 weeks later to sit down with her and go over my results together. She wrote me a TWO PAGE PAPER explaining my blood results and suggested several supplements and prescription medicines that I could take to help regulate my hormones + help me feel like a normal person again. The most encouraging part is that this is something she has dealt with herself and was previously in my shoes. To see her success story and to know that I have her on my team has improved my mental health over the past three months tenfold. I finally feel hopeful and like I’m working towards an attainable goal. I started the meds she recommended about a month ago and had my first regular period in years this month and have also lost 20 pounds after struggling for four years to lose five and keep it off. I can’t wait to go back in January for my follow up. And I can’t recommend her enough! She’s so amazing.”

“I have never been to this location as a patient, but I give them five stars for excellent customer experience. I actually came into the office in advertently looking for another doctors office in the building and in the process left my wallet in this office. Declined staff members found my wallet and tracked me down to the floor of the provider that I was looking for directions from them. This speaks volumes about the culture and trust of your staff members at this location. Well I have had poor experiences at other Premier radiology locations in Nashville, this gives me reason to believe that there are still good people out there.”
