“I would give Dr. Freeman and his staff 10 stars if I could. Everyone in the office is so warm and welcoming. My daughter, who had a traumatic experience during a previous dental procedure and has been afraid of dentists ever since, was completely at ease in his care. She needed a tooth pulled because the filling had fallen out. Dr. Freeman administered the sleepy juice ("Shots are illegal here," he says) and pulled the tooth without her even noticing what was going on. She has been raving about him ever since -- high praise, coming from her! Even her little brother is excited to go to the dentist now. The best part, in my opinion, is that we were able to get right in. I called around 11, and we were seen at 2:30. We had been to another dentist that morning who told us the earliest she could be treated was June. My daughter was in pain. I did not want to wait until June, holding onto the hope that someone would cancel so she could be seen sooner. Dr. Freeman's office was busy, but at no point did I feel our treatment was rushed or that we were being worked in. Everyone was simply quick and efficient -- and, best of all, kind. My daughter walked out beaming. Thanks so much for making our bad day better!”
