“Hello all, when I first arrived at OMSNashville my experience was not so good. The receptionist seemed a little annoyed and I asked was she, she stated she was not but her attitude showed different, due to her not receive my referral from my dentist office. I called my dentist several times as I waited and talked to them every time which she (from my dentist office) stated it was faxed and emailed to them several times. The last time I spoke to her I asked for her to cc it to my email as well. I also did not like how payment is announced in front of other patience. Natalie (Dr. Shea assistant) after about an hour called me back at this time I showed the referral from my phone. Natalie was nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Shea was wonderful his patience is just out of this world. There are ONLY a few people in the health care industry that are caring. If you have a chance to visit I believe just having a the pleasure to meet him that the other dentist are just as great.”

My 3 year old was nervous at first but she ended up having so much fun. They explained what they were doing and made sure my daughter was comfortable with it before proceeding. “Great price for a decent space and good service, however the floor is in both of our rooms were extremely dirty. At this exit no other hotels are currently available since one is still recovering from the tornado. Us eight kids slept funny fine and were thankful there were no signs of bugs or other cleanliness issues. For this side of Nashville and our budget, cannot be too complaining! Thankful to see the small kitchen appliances too though we did not need them, overall easy location and solid staff doing their jobs.”

We switched doctors within the practice when we weren’t having any success diagnosing his coughing as a baby (previously and prematurely diagnosed as asthma, treatments did not help). Dr. Bentley spent lots of time with us, tried different things, brainstormed with a specialist opinion and finally figured out it was acid reflux! Most importantly, my son vibes with her and doesn’t mind going to the doctor. About a year later, we are completely medication free!!
