I had lost my DL and needed to change my name, PLUS get that new Real ID 🌟, so I was prepared to wait a few HOURS to get it done. I Iive in Memphis, but drove to Covington (almost an Hour drive) just so I wouldn't have to endure another bad Memphis DMV experience. Y'all, when I tell you it wasn't 2 MINUTES before the system announced my number!! “Honestly Not bad at all. I got here at 0730 and had about 6 people ahead of me, and once they opened at 0800 the flow was smooth and coordinated. I was here to pick up my CARVANA registration packet and it only took 20min to find the packet by VIN and issue me a tag. Clerks were nothing but helpful and friendly, had a grade A experience today.”

“Update: Changed my review from 1 Star to 4. Called and got a very helpful public servant this year. Thanks to the new people in the deeds department! Worst service in the state of Tennessee. I work for a surveyor and I call all over the state. I can get recorded documents from the smallest of small counties sent to me by email. This county will not even entertain the idea. When I call and ask for deeds and plats they just say, "Well you have to come pick them up!" they don't even try to direct you to the online site (that you have to pay to be apart of) They just say "no" can't help you! If you work in public service be prepared to help the public!”
