“Our first time staying at a Quality Inn and I have to say I was impressed. The bed was comfortable, linens were soft. The room was clean and the bathroom too. Soft towels, quite hallways all night. Great location. We didn't care for the eggs and sausage but the coffee, bagels, danish, etc were all good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.”

“We have stayed with Jim and Hilda twice now and definitely plan to in the future, whenever we’re even close to the Thompson Station/Franklin/Nashville area! Their place is utterly charming and you feel so welcomed from you very first step through the door. They are extremely attentive and thoughtful hosts that are so warm and inviting. The carriage house is large, yet cozy and exceptionally clean and tidy. If looking for a wonderfully relaxing place to stay, look no further! Oh, and for you fishing people, you can easily talk Jim into letting you fish the stocked pond, just be sure to “catch and release”!”

“look, its a cheap hotel by the airport. this isnt going to be a fancy $150/night 4 star hotel. if you're staying here, you should know ahead of time what kind of a hotel it is going to be. for the price and given its a 2 star hotel, i liked it. it served its purpose. a cheap hotel that is 8min away from the airport and 12min away (no traffic) from downtown nashville. there is also a cheap gas station right next to it. location is a 10/10. yes, admittedly, the room isnt that great. you could hear people being loud in the hallway or outside. they don't replace your bedding/towels daily unless you ask them to. to some people, the room being somewhat old-ish can be off-putting. found a small bug on a towel. if you are the type that doesnt care about the hotel; its just for you to sleep and thats it; then this is perfect. for $70 a night and close to everything, you cant go wrong. if you are the type that wants a nice hotel where it needs to be super clean/new/daily turnover/needs to look nice/etc, then this place isnt for you.”

“Far and away the best water park in town. Just try and go on a weekday or early because on a summer day you'll get maybe 3 rides in by the time the day is gone. We went last week and were able to ride everything and some even more then once. It's just a better experience when there isn't so many people you can't even find room to walk. Food is crazy expensive also.”

“We had an amazing two week stay at the campground. The staff were incredibly friendly. All the facilities were incredibly clean and the entire grounds were well maintained. With the gated entry and the ranger always nearby we felt incredibly safe at all hours of the night The camp hosts were always around and eager to help. They provided recommendations on restaurants, nearby activities and other state parks to visit. I found their firewood to be a better deal than that from stores in town. The wildlife was plentiful and very accustomed to people. Often I would enjoy my morning coffee with a whole herd of deer about 25 feet from my window.”

“Clean.. I will start there, it is very important to me that the room smells and is clean. Ihave stayed in many hotels in different states and cities. The people here are very nice. The breakfast was good, really enjoyed the selection. Hit 1 degree last night, the room stayed nice and warm. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Could hear the people walking and the toilet flushing in the room above and people in the hallway outside our door, that was the only downside. I still highly recommend this place. The person complaining about the toothbrush, I have stayed in $200 a night hotels in Atlanta, GA and they don't supply toothbrushes, I have not seen any that do. Here they give shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. A lot that charge what they charge here, don't supply anything. As for the bed bug person. I have not seen any, or even a trace of any.”

Wifi leaves much to be desired but if all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night it's up your alley. I did not see a single bug or roach the entire time I was here.”

“I was looking for a 3 bedroom family friendly rental in or near Nashville for 5 nights. Everything on airbnb was over $1,000. I found old hickory lake cabins and was so happy to find a 3 bedroom for $840 for the 5 nights. It was a total bonus it was right on the lake! We spent lots of time throwing rocks into the water (my almost 2 year old could do this for hours) and having bonfires down by the water. This cabin is very family friendly with games, toys, and a bathtub for the little ones. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had no issues checking in and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. We received our security deposit back promptly. If we are ever back in the Nashville area we would absolutely stay again and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a family friendly vacation rental.”

“Our family (Me, Wife, 13yo, 10yo, and 18 month old) was looking for a long weekend vacation this year that was close to home. Greenbrier Beech House checked all of the boxes we were looking for. Location is perfect. All furniture and furnishings feel sturdy and new, not second hand or thrift shop purchased. Lighting on deck was nice for sitting and making smores. Saw a lot of birds, squirrels, turkeys, and deer at the feeders. Family loved collecting eggs from the chickens. Two recommendations: -- If you have toddler aged children bring at least 1 baby gate. That helped us enjoy the deck without fear our daughter would go on the bridge between pods. -- If you cannot sleep with any light, bring an eye mask as the light from the AC unit is bright. Highly recommend overall!”

“What an incredible property! My wife and I spent 4 wonderful nights in the Dove Cottage. The cabin is perfect, from breakfast on the back porch to rocking on the front porch enjoying the beautiful scenery. It's quiet, except for the squirrels in the woods, and the owners are responsive to questions. The cabin has a great layout, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back and maybe checking out the Candle Light Cabin. I am so glad I found this property; it is truly a place to get away and recharge.”
