Rodney 100% stood behind all of the work and Bryan (project manager) always made sure that I was happy. I'll admit that was likely difficult for them at times because I can be a little "picky" and I'm pretty sure I got on their nerves more than once. They were very responsive to issues with subcontractors. I'm writing this right now because I just called Rodney to get a price on another job and realized I never left a review! We LOVE our new kitchen and flooring! We've received compliments from everyone who comes to our house.”

“Positive: I had previous leak issues in the "dead valleys" on my roof due to ice dams. Since my new roof was only 6 years old, Dustin, Alex and I felt it was probably from a flash issue where the brick and roof line meet. Rather than wait and get other quotes, Alex went up on the roof and re-caulked the sheet metal flash on the spot, and for a reasonable price. “I would highly recommend Five Points Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. These Google reviews do not lie! I called Five Points Roofing because I noticed an extremely small leak in our sunroom. Nathan the roofing consultant showed up on time and took a look at our roof. He indicated we had hail damage! From that point on Nathan took charge in dealing with the insurance adjuster and got it approved. We were getting a whole new roof! I was truly amazed! The repairs were planned and that morning I met with David the project manager. David walked me through what was going to happen that day. His team of roofers stripped the roof, repaired much of the damage to the sub roofing and started installing the shingles. This was like watching a swat team of skilled roofers. “(1 Stars) We had this company come out and give us an estimate on a repair, we decided to move forward with the repair of the roof because the price was very reasonable! The company called to schedule the repair, but told us that it was weather permitting because the snow that was moving in! The day the repair was scheduled it was way too icy to be on a roof so I assumed they’d call to reschedule the repair for another day. It’s been months now and no communication has been made whatsoever! We have called and emailed multiple times with no reply! UPDATE to 4 Stars: Tomas reached out to us ASAP, explained, and apologized. He was at our house and had everything fixed within 24 hrs! He was a super nice guy and I understand things happen. I will most likely give him another call if I ever need roof work again.”

“The estimator showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the roof on our vacation home. He provided a detailed estimate of the work necessary to restore the roof, offered a competitive price and scheduled the work in a timely fashion. They showed up for work on time with all the materials necessary to complete the job. They removed and repaired damaged areas of the decking where needed, and removed several obsolete vents. They provided the most updated roofing materials, and installed the new architectural shingles. They cleaned up all the mess, hauled away all the debris, and finished the job in one day. These men were friendly, polite and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the job. “After a bad storm in August 2021 we had to file a claim through USAA. A few days later Jorge came for the inspection and answered any question I could think of! After the inspection was approved, we had another meeting with Jorge to iron out details. This company had recently undergone a total staff and crew replacement. Every step of the way Jorge made sure to keep us in the loop. When the incorrect chimney cover came I was called and immediately told the expected delivery day. Which wasn't bad at all, like 2 days. Michelle periodically checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Didn't catch the names of our crew. They were both friendly and did a wonderful job! Came home the 2nd day to find our dog escaped, however, they caught and kept an eye on her. The roof looks amazing!”
