Scott is a Tetris genius! He packed everything so tightly so it wouldn't shift around in the truck. We were moving to NC. Well, we made it and nothing broken! Reviews say customer service is good so we'll see how it goes. I may change my rating. FOLLOW UP...Greg did get in touch with me and my billing account was resolved. No problems. Greg is a super nice guy and I'm still using the units. I forgot to mention that he didn't have the size I needed available at the time I rented but instead let me have 2 slightly smaller units for the same price as the large one, so I actually have more space.
