Jennifer Bradshaw was an amazing agent to work with! When we first decided to list our home here in Rockport we interviewed several agents from different companies. We decided to go with one who boasted that they had many investors with cash offers lined up for houses just like ours. The house sat on the market with very little interest. We took it off the market for a bit. When we decided to re-list I contacted Jennifer.
Instead of being bitter that we didn't choose her the first time she took us on as if we were just meeting for the first time again, no hard feelings. She came over and met with us at the house and walked us through everything and helped us come up with a price that was competitive with the current market. She was very knowledgeable and professional but also made us very comfortable like talking to a good friend.
We had a full price offer on our house before we even finished signing the contract with her!! Her listing, the photos, and the description were perfect. Her yard sign was perfect with a brochure stand included for people driving by! The brochures were completely gone within a few days and we had MANY offers on the table. Jennifer helped us to set a date and time to review all offers and helped us to pick the one that fit our expectations the best.
Every SINGLE detail we were kept informed throughout the process. She was very patient as my husband was in another state working so almost EVERYTHING she told me, I asked her to call and explain it to him as well so we were on the same page and she was excellent about keeping us all in the loop!
I also had A LOT of questions along the way and texted her quite a bit. Did I mention the word patient??
Jennifer met us at closing and even brought an unexpected gift for us with a very sweet and personal Thank you card.
After we had closed she learned that we had not been able to find our cat to take with us and we had been out to the property many times looking for her. As soon as the other agent told her the cat had come back Jennifer rushed over to the property to try to get her for us. At this point we had closed, our contract was done. She was not at all obligated to go out of her way to do that, but she DID!! It's the little things that truly make her an excellent agent to work with!!
Side note- She also sold my mom's property in Rockport in less than 24 hours!!
If you're wondering if you should choose her as an agent I would say absolutely YES!! We would definitely use her again. Also, the office they work out of is BEAUTIFUL!

Commenting on Mr. Kidwell's review of his experience; all of this came down to a miscommunication regarding closing date between both parties.
