I loved Claudia Hass. I worked with her 3 years ago and that didn't work out. Got an opportunity to purchase again this year. She listened, found good properties to look at 1st day. Fell in love with one and she walked me through everything that came up. I will never use or recommend any Realtor over her! Profesional and Personal! Such a blessing!

Exceptional Service and Great Experience with Aimee at Rockport Properties!! We were down here on vacation loving Rockport and looking at a couple Sea Sheds that are houses with a shed connection over in Holiday Beach area, dreaming of owning something near the water one day. We saw a sign and called about the property this is where the fabulous experience with Aimee began. She gave us another recommendation for a place that just landed on the market, we decided to check it out. It was the place and Aimee went above, and beyond on making sure things went smoothly for us. She was so professional, timely in her calls/emails with ALL of our questions. We were traveling when we decided that another house was in our future due to an unforeseen death in the family. I looked on line found a property we were interested in. I filled out the request. The next day Aimee Swanner called me. I told her what was going on and she was willing to do something long distance (Connecticut).
She did a search, sent more info, and some other suggestions. When we finally got together, she was very prepared to answer our questions and had a clear understanding of our needs. She was very outgoing and enthusiastic and showed genuine interest in us achieving our goal. She was willing to show properties a couple of times if we were comparing different aspects. Even after the first deal fell through she went right back to work looking for another property to suit our needs.
Her knowledge of the Coastal Bend Area and Rockport in particular was a godsend. She seemed to know what we were really looking for before we did. She also knew an excellent banking team and helped get that all setup. Not only does she know this area but also knows people to help accomplish getting problems fixed.
She represents her agency extremely well and very professionally. We have become good friends, and I would use this agency and Aimee again, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
