Dr. Ronald Bruce, D.O.

Dr Bruce was saved my Life. I love my Doctor he is the Best. The Office Manager is rude and let's you know she does not like you... Dr Bruce got a New nurse that Bullied me repeatedly with the assistance of the office Manager Which tried to physically Attack me. Which I prevented by moving my Right shoulder back. They were able to keep me from Dr Bruce since my last visit.. She repeatedly called and several times one lasting 28 min.the Harassment didn't stop. She sent my prescription to my pharmacy.. It was sent WRONG from the start. Dr Bruce had been my Doc for 15yrs + Now I can't my medicine because they refused to give all information to properly fill. Pharmacy called repeatedly Dr. Office refused and stated they had No information on me. 15yr patient.... Filled complaint Dropped for filling complaint... They stated they would expeditiously send my Medical files. I found new Doctor waited and waited they refused and did not SEND OR GIVE ANYTHING NOT ONE THING about MY MEDICAL RECORDS... Still preventing me from My Basic right for MEDICAL CARE. WHY Dr. Bruce pick people that took a path just to trash his patients..
I'm ready to just be trashed just like you threw me out.. Like Trash I never mattered except to be used and abused by said Staff .your nurse lied I never once was mad at you because I knew it was them. Others that when it happened I didn't think they would lie like the others unworthy to be in Health care. They still are touching me and harming me my HEALTH Till this Day.

Dr. Bruce is a great doctor and really listens to you.

I quite literally owe my life to Dr. Bruce. Because of the way he listens to his patients, pays attention to their history, and follows his instincts I was able to successfully be treated for cancer before it was able to spread. My family drives over from corpus to be seen here because none of us would even consider changing doctors. I highly recommend them!
