“We love this RV park and our neighbors! We stayed from the 1st of December to the end of March.The dog park is larger then most and they provide things to pick up after their mess. Plenty of extra bathrooms in the club house along with other amenities like the Landry room, pool table, and so much more. Friendly staff and good RV neighborhood events like potlucks makes this place a happy community to visit or live.”

“This place was hit hard by Hurricane Harvey as well as the buildings around the area. Much work haswent into rebuilding. New ceilings and floors were recently installed. The landscaping of the immediate surrounding area is becoming very beautiful, so I imagine the motel will rival it's neighbors when everything is finished. Can't wait to see how it turns out! Hope they keep the swimming pool...”

“This was my first visit to Rockport, I've got to start off by saying the price for the room was great and I was honestly surprised by how nice and clean the room was when I first entered. This is a basic hotel not luxury so if that's what you're looking for rent a beach house lol. I did have a bit of an issue with the room key reader (had to do it a few times before the door unlocked) but that happens everywhere, & there was no soap in my restroom but when i went to the office and let the receptionist know I needed some, she was so sweet and apologetic about there not being any in the room and gave me what I needed. The location in my opinion is amazing for the price you pay, my daughter and I were able to walk to the beach and it's great that they're across the street from a gas station. The microwave and mini fridge were clean & the AC worked great! The beds were clean and so comfy. I will definitely be using this Hotel for any future visits and I would recommend this place to anyone on a budget who is needing a beach getaway. If you have small kids just keep them away from the windows because it is a very thin glass and you don't want any accidents.”

“Good fish, especially nice to see fresh flounder on the menu. The service was on spot, friendly and quick, but not rushed. Enjoyed by the whole family, complete with the manager doing a straw wrapper disappearing magic trick for our kids. My only knock to give it 4 instead of 5 stars was the Key Lime Pie. It sounded delicious with the almond in the crust, but did not hit the mark. Beyond needing to be much colder, the taste needs some work, both the actual pie flavor and the crust. Maybe time to make a trip to the Florida Keys and to see what it should taste like is in the future for the creator of this desert.”

“Lived here about 2 years and I can promise you this is the very best long term RV Park anywhere. The hosts and owners are very generous people like extended family to me. I came back to area for a short visit and my first stop was to visit Vickie & Ron at the park. All lots are gorgeous over sized lots not over crowded with private fishing pond and everything else you could hope for in an RV Park. This is a very exclusive place that will provide an unforgettable experience to those few who are fortunate enough to live here. I couldn't ever consider living in an RV in this area other than Aransas Ranch! Quiet, Peaceful, Safe, Secure, Very Well Maintained 5 Star for sure!”
