KBR Towing Service

Ricky with KBR towing was absolutely heaven sent. The tire shops we were first directed to ended up not having the tire we needed. He could have left us there but he was familiar with tire shops further up the road and took us to a different one. He was extremely professional and friendly. The cab of his truck was very clean and he even had nice smelling air fresheners. If anyone in or around the I-10 corridor between Houston and Columbus needs a tow, I highly recommend KBR Towing!

Best customer service I have ever experienced from a tow service. He was courteous and helpful and patient as we worked out the details. The dealership was closing soon and he found away to store our vehicle until they opened after Thanksgiving. I do recommend this service due to the great results we had. He also works with our insurance company Geico.

The owner RICKY Jester was so kind when he came to my house to tow the pickup to the auto shop. He suggested we try charging the battery first prior to tow. He was able to charge my battery and was able to save me money and was so great. Ricky was patient and caring about my situation and I never felt like he was taking advantage. I highly recommend him and I will call him again!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service! I broke down on 610 in Houston and Ricky came quickly and got me off the freeway. And he couldn't have been nicer! KBR is the only towing service I will use because their trucks are in great shape and the drivers are professional.
