“Our kids really enjoy Thousand Trails Medina Lake! Their highlight of each day is when they get to feed the deer. I recommend taking your own sack of deer corn, especially if you will be there a few days. We've done both tent camping as well as stayed in the cabins. The pool is very large and clean, but it's been under construction for several months. I would call to make sure it's open if that's something you are looking forward to. There is an air conditioned community center with a pool table, baby rooms, inside and outside has a large area to play tennis, ping pong, volleyball, basketball and also a small playground. Next to that is a mini golf course. The place does needs some upkeep, but i'm sure that's something their new management is working on. Overall, if you're looking for a nice, nature filled, quiet outing away from home...this is it.”

“I drive 60 miles round-trip into San Antonio and back on Tuesdays just so I can pickup my two and a half years old grandson so that I can take him to the "Story Time" Wednesday morning. Dianna and her staff do an amazing job. Dianna reads stories, plays games and does craft projects with the toddlers. They do a great job of promoting reading for the youngsters, with a lot of visual incentives and prizes. The kids have a wonderful time interacting with each other and are getting an awesome experience.”

Terri and Lori did a great job but have sold out to move on from what I understand. I stopped by last week as they sold out everything to the bare walls to make room apparently for some new restaurant that is going in there. Coconut Cove - you will be missed. It's now officially closed and won't be coming back. Medina Lake area is sad.”

I received a courtesy call the day of my first appointment, during the exact window of time I had requested. Dylan was very respectful of my home, he was quick and efficient at diagnosing the issues we were having. He told me he would get another appointment scheduled for me, to come back out within 2 days to do the job. Like clockwork, I received a phonecall within 48hrs informing me he'd be back out, again within the exact time frame I requested. Within 48hrs of my first appointment, my issues were completely resolved! It was extremely painless working with Kirchner Electric and Dylan. Cannot recommend this company enough!!
