An attractive woman works there with the most beautiful eyes. She and the rest of the work personnel are very helpful and polite and are willing to stop what they are doing to address any questions that you want to ask. Craftsmanship did not looked rushed (people who have owned many RVs know what I'm talking about) and all repair work that I've inspected was done professionally and with care.

This business is number one in my book. Fast professional service. They charge what their estimate is, no price gouging. I know others that were very satisfied also with their work. I will use them again for sure

Les is a very good RV repairman and, perhaps, the most knowledgeable one about everything RV I have ever dealt with. His hourly rate, 'tho not cheap, is $31 less per hour than the other popular repairman at Medina Lake. I had to take a quick trip to Colorado so left my keys and RV in Texas for Les-A1 and he repaired while I was gone. I trust him enough to give him the keys while I was out of town.
