Bastrop Providence Funeral Home

This review has nothing to do with any funeral service. I was traveling through and happen to get a flat tire. Their parking lot was the safest place I could stop in. Upon entering the front doors a wonderful staff member gave me a kind smile and listened to all that I had to explain. I was given the ok to stay in the parking lot and then very kindly was given instructions on how to get to the business for my help to also arrive safe. The staff was friendly, kind and merciful to me in my time of need. If this is the kind of customer service they give to someone not needing any funeral services, I can only imagine the customer service they give to those who need it most. I just wanted to say thank you again, for all of the help that your staff provided.

I recently had the honor of providing the funeral service at this funeral home. I found the staff to be warm, helpful, and well-organized. They provided the audio and visual components, as requested by the family, in a seamless manner. They were very responsive to family and to me, as the Chaplain. The facilities themselves were beautiful and provided the kind of atmosphere that is comforting and impressive. I would readily recommend this funeral home to families in this area.
