“Not generally a huge review writer, but these guys deserve for others to hear about our experience. We bought a home that had old porcelain tile, and we went to Couture to get quoted for wood flooring as a replacement. Their quote was competitive, but honestly in retrospect their quality of installation and support would have been worth even a higher price. Their designer was super helpful in picking out a wood tone that worked in the house, and the owner Jed was super helpful throughout. They did a great job on the demo of the old tile, and didn’t cause any damage to baseboards or cabinets in the process. They even made sure to clean up consistently. That didn't seem to be a huge deal until we experienced the amount of dust and debris caused by all the demo - it was a lot. They did a great job installing wood throughout the house, even though it had a slightly different height than the tile. They even came back out when a cabinet replacement created a gap in a couple boards and replaced them. I don’t know them other than this project, but am definitely a fan now. We have also done some other projects around the house since moving in, and let’s just say I wish all contractors were as attentive and responsible as these guys were.
