“I took my adult son who is challenged to Dental Plus clinic this morning. This clinic was selected by United Health Care, the insurance provided by Medicaid.I found Marlin in the front office, to be one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with in the 32 years I have administrated my sons affairs. Marlin is a professional in her job, who explained everything to my son so he understood because he had to sign his own paperwork. And Marlin was social to me while my son was in the chair. My son talked with me after the visit and said the following “paraphrased”. The dentist was nice to me. When asked if he felt comfortable and trusted the dentist he said yes. Same with the dental assistant. All in all the experience was great for me (father), and more importantly my son felt comfortable and was able to trust the dentist and assistant on the first occasion. Which was a urgent care situation.”
