“Val And Valerie are amazing. I drive a Jeep Wrangler that’s got lots of upgrades. As many Jeep owners know , Jeeps and be difficult at times. I talk to Val about my mechanical concerns. Val inspected in detail every part of what could cause my issues. He completely explained what was happening, why it was happening and what to do to fix my issue. He didn’t just fix my issue he educated me on the causes and how the parts all work together. Knowledge is priceless. In the end , my Jeep drove better than it has in a long while. “Exceptional service. Paul and Carl both were great to work with. I had extensive damage to my small pickup and the work done here was excellent. Paint matched perfectly, gaps all even, it looked new when they were done. After I picked it up and drove it, I noticed a noise and asked them to check it out. They did extensive checks and found nothing related their work. They did find an issue related to a manufacture’s bulletin - and they fixed it for me. This was certainly above and beyond anything I would expect. This is a rare level of commitment to customer service.”

“6/10/19 drop off. So far so good. I was told by my insurance rep that I should get a call to make an appointment with in 4 business hours. Didn't happen so I called to get an appointment at 6 business hours. I arrived early for my appointment due to lighter than usual traffic. Trinidy was professional, cheerful and courteous. They do have a drop box, which is what I would have used on Sunday had I known it was there. I was offered a rental but declined as I didn't need one. I will update at the next step.”
