Brake Check

Went in today, a Saturday morning. Super quick analysis of what was wrong with our car. They checked it and got back to me quickly.
Kept abreast thru their system's texting platform.

30 minutes later I was on my way. I feel better knowing my brakes fixed and since my daughter drives this car, I was super happy to know it got looked at and parts changed out.

I have never been to a Brake Check before…this one off 281 is stellar! The professionalism and courtesy is above and beyond, especially in today’s time. They got me in, gave me the low down of the issue and have been working on my Jeep. Did I mention they are here after hours still making sure everything is done right? Well, they are, it’s 7:30 pm and the shop closes at 6pm. I was fine picking it up tomorrow but they are keeping their word and getting it done. Exceptional vehicle and customer service! This was my first time using Brake Check, and this is a business that I’ll return to in the future. They provided straightforward repair estimates and even explained items that were under warranty for my Volvo. While it seems everything costs more to purchase these days - having clear repair explanations and pricing at a vehicle repair shop is refreshing and appreciated.

Excellent experience! I was welcomed in just before opening and was out the door about 30 minutes later; oil change and alignment completed. I was treated with respect and they did not try to up-sell me on services I did not want. I highly recommend taking your car here!

Highly recommend! Great experience each time I take my vehicle in for maintenance. Chris and team are knowledgeable and courteous and I never feel like they “push” any hidden agenda or maintenance that is not needed. I also really appreciate that they walk you out to the floor to show you what they are doing and talk through options to get you safely back on the road.
