Great experience at this location. My Service Advisor, Jesse, greeted me at the door and kept me updated the entire time. I can honestly say this was the fastest and most professional experience at a repair shop. Highly recommend.
After having running into a wildlife animal, I decided to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs. I was assigned to a service advisor named Jesse. He took very good care of me and my vehicle and explained the process of what was going to happen. He kept me updated and informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire repair. Everyone was so friendly at that shop and I was very impressed.
I highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) to Caliber Collision!! I have taken two of my vehicles there from other individuals hitting me. I also took my wife’s vehicle when someone did a hit and run on her car. The customer service was great on all three occasions! I was able to get rentals in a fast! My advisor, Jesse, kept me updated on my vehicles that were being worked on.
Great customer service, friendly staff, and clean waiting area. Staff called daily with updates to my vehicle.
I highly recommend this location.
Caliber Collision said my truck was ready on Thu. They said they would deliver it to my location. I waited for over an hour and they did not show up. When they called it was to tell me that it wasn't ready yet??? I showed up Friday morning and it was still not ready but told me it would be ready soon. Then they lost the keys. Then they wrecked my truck!!! The customer service was top notch and they went out of there way to make things right. I would take my truck back
