They came to me, showed up on time, removed previous glass and mess from it, completed the job in a timely manner, and put on the new mirror for me. I paid over the phone by card. “A great experience. The alternator went out on a visit from Santa Fe, NM and had pulled, then rebuilt at another shop, then replaced at Kents. Since we were stranded with my dog in the rain, we were given a ride back to our hotel on the riverwalk and picked up in the morning. Fair pricing and quick work with GREAT service.
