They explained to me it may be a few weeks before they could even look at it.. now I know why!!.. these guys are busy because they are great!!.. I received a call and was informed of their diagnosis and an estimate of repair cost, within two weeks I received a call my machine was ready..I was expecting the old we had to add this and that and extra fees for time or parts.. NOT the case here!.. these guys did what they said the were going to do for the price they quoted me!..I highly recommend this organization for excellent service at a fair price..
