“Great experience, walked in to obtain new service information. Ran into issues with my credit file, nothing that the store could do. It was my responsibility to fix. However, Enrique Ruiz at store #4041 stayed calmed went above&beyond to assist me in every step. I had to visit the store multiple times and received the same outstanding customer service from Enrique and the only other worker during the late night shift, i think it was the manager. It takes patience and a high level of customer service to be the face of a company, but most importantly to always do it with a smile. I highly recommend this store and these two individuals.”

“The store is really nice and has an enormous parking lot. Prices are fine and they have special deals for geeks. Sometimes staff is too busy (that's the reason I'm not giving 5 stars) and take too long for taking care of you. The location is great because there are a lot of different stores with great prices.”
