If something had been there for as long time you might be able to negotiate a lower price on it too. The staff is very friendly and warm, without being overbearing or hassling you. “Great experience, walked in to obtain new service information. Ran into issues with my credit file, nothing that the store could do. It was my responsibility to fix. However, Enrique Ruiz at store #4041 stayed calmed went above&beyond to assist me in every step. I had to visit the store multiple times and received the same outstanding customer service from Enrique and the only other worker during the late night shift, i think it was the manager. It takes patience and a high level of customer service to be the face of a company, but most importantly to always do it with a smile. I highly recommend this store and these two individuals.”
