“I needed a new truck and decided to Purchase one in Texas, and had two days to fly in and do so. I had several lined up from Austin to San Antonio, with the very last one being Showcase Elite Motors. The trucks I found at other dealerships were misrepresented online and disappointing to see in-person, but not so with Showcase Elite Motors. The images online were very thorough, and when I saw the truck in-person there were no surprises. Rob, the owner, was very helpful and patient. My father and I looked the truck over for a LONG time, and Rob patiently waited for us to do so. We decided to purchase the truck that day, but we were short on time and my bank was closed, so we agreed to return the next day. Rob was again very patient as He, the bank, and Myself worked to secure a loan, and continued to help Title the vehicle in South Carolina. I've since driven the truck from Texas to South Carolina, and put about 5k miles on it with no issues, and feel confident that Rob was honest with everything he told us about the truck. “I came in for a full set and a pedi, my first time here. I loved my nails, they came out better than I expected, I think her name was Tracy that did my nails 10/10 recommend. I showed her a picture and she did it perfectly! My pedi was okay. I got the lavender deluxe which I thought would’ve come with taking the dead skin off, but it was just a brush over with the scrub bar thing, and my polish ended up coming off when I got home, but I came in the next day and they fixed it no problem! Def my new spot.”

We have been to other locations but "the feel" we got from those stores was that unless you are there to get a new phone, the help is minimal. Not here! Yes, our 1st visit was 3 weeks ago to get a updated new phone. This time we had some questions and needed help with some phone features and during our entire visit, we never felt rushed. We were provided with Excellent Customer Service! We still have a couple of phones to update within our plan and we will surely be coming back to this location for our phones. John R”
