They walked me through the entire process from start to finish and I left feeling like a high valued customer!! Even if it’s out of pocket and you want some minor work done...this is the place to take your vehicle. I will trust them always with mine!”

“I went through the drive through at McDonald's as I headed back to work. I ordered their special buy one Big Mac, get one for $1 with a small fry. I normally ask for fresh fries and sandwiches to make sure I don't pay for something that has been sitting for minutes, but I was on the phone and totally forgot. To my surprise my sandwiches and fries were piping hot and I ate my fries as I was driving. I also asked for ketchup and was given 8 packages (more than I really needed), but was thankful to get that many because normally they give you 2 or 3. Also to my surprise the young lady had put 4-5 napkins in the bag. I have experienced getting none. So I was very pleased with the freshness of the food and the amount of condiments and napkins I received. Keep up the good work McDonald's on FM151 (Culebra).”

“I have loved my time here. I know people have complained about all the cats everywhere but I’ll tell you that I don’t have a problem with mice or rats. My neighbors are all awesome. My ac works well and management has been great. Maintenance wi fair but some of my work orders that have been marked as complete we’re kind of complete. My master shower had some problems and the stem was replaced fixing the issue but the assembly wasn’t put back together completely. I was told they would be back because the sleeve had to be special ordered but no revisit. I love this complex and will be here at least for another year maybe longer. Building 31 by the way.”

“I have been a resident at Pecos Flats for the past year and have been pleasantly pleased by the property, staff and overall environment at this property. Maintenance responds to service requests speedily and will even follow-up with a phone call for further questions, if needed. Leasing staff is easy to get ahold of via phone during business hours or by e-mail. They also keep residents informed of their updated hours for Holidays, when/where local Food Trucks will be at our property and other property news/information. The property is decently lit and I feel comfortable walking to my mailbox or for a brisk stroll in the evenings. It's in easy access on/off 151, Quick Trip was recently built across the intersection and has decent gas prices and close to a variety of restaurants/stores.”
