The veterinarian took the time to speak with me at length about my kitten and even walked with me through the store to find the best food for my kitten's needs. “No carts... As I'm a senior citizen it was a two trips to register to hold my items as I shopped. Little green baskets get heavy fast. Manager/Cashier Kim was very understanding and assured me carts are being ordered. Lots of good items including foods... BUT.. Hand soap bottle was not tighten & as a result spilled in bag all over other items. Hoping next time carts as it's a nice store.”

There is one lady there at this location that I think should be fired she has horrible customer service skills and is rude I think she is a manager. I personally prefer the Ingram location. I've never had any issues with them in that other location. Overall great store to visit awesome sales.”
