“Brandi and Claudia are very nice. The application process was a breeze... my family and I were moved in within a week. Rent is reasonable, especially with what apartment complexes charge. I haven’t experienced any water turn offs or maintenance letting themselves in if I don’t answer the door. They’ve left a note on my door when they have stopped by and they would try back a later time. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. I have a dog and cat. I stick to their guidelines and walk my dog on a leash when outside, but there are dogs and cats that roam. Not sure if they belong to anyone in neighborhood, since there is an adjoining neighborhood next to us. So that’s one precaution since I do have children.”
